Once your complaint or claim is put before the Client Services Department, if the response has not been to your satisfaction, or alternatively if two months have passed since the registration of your complaint without any formal resolution of the same, then you have the right to direct your complaint to the Relevant Financial Markets Ombudsman.
In any case, it is necessary to exhaust the channel of communication of our Client Services Department before placing any claims or complaints before the relevant Financial Ombudsman.
